YQ128 is potent, second-generation inhibitor of the NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome with IC50 of 0.3 uM.
YQ128 dose dependently suppresses the release of IL-1β from peritoneal macrophages upon LPS/ATP challenge with IC50 of 1.59 uM.
YQ-128 (10 mg/kg) inhibits LPS-induced IL-1β production in wild-type but not Nlrp3-/- mice.
