YM-I-26 is a highly selective NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor, binds to recombinant NLRP3 with Kd of 560.2 nM.
YM-I-26 preferentially binds to the ATP site of NLRP3.
YM-I-26 shows no cytotoxicity and increases the phagocytotic activities in BV2 cells.
YM-I-26 treatment (0.5-1 uM) suppressed the production of IL-1β and IL-10 in microglia BV2 cells.
