WH244 is a potent second-generation dual PROTAC degrader of BCL-2 and BCL-xL with DC50 of 0.6 nM (BCL-xL) and 7.4 nM (BCL-2) in Jurkat cells.
WH244 exhibits binding Kd for 6.14 nM and 3.1 nM, respectively, for WT BCL-xL and WT BCL-2 in binary binding assays.
WH244 shows enhanced potency to degrade BCL-xL/BCL-2 in cells compare to Dual BCL-xL/BCL-2 degrader 753b (Cat#PC-21928).
