WEE1-CK1α molecular glue degrader 10 is a CRBN-dependent WEE1 molecular glue degrader that degrade WEE1 and CK1α with DC50 of 1.6 nM and 1.5 nM in MOLT-4 cells respectively.
WEE1-CK1α molecular glue degrader 10 demonstrates potent degradation of the WT WEE1 KD (DC50 = 0.35 nM, Dmax = 88%), while the G322A mutation showed 50-fold rescue (DC50 = 17 nM, Dmax = 54%).
