VT-1161 (Oteseconazole) demonstrates >2,000-fold selectivit over human CYP51, weakly inhibits human CYP2C9, CYP2C19, and CYP3A4.
VT-1161 (Oteseconazole) exhibits excellent potency against key yeast and dermatophyte strains.
