TMX-4153 (TMX4153) is a bivalent PIP4K2C degrader (MOLT4 cells, DC50=24 nM, Dmax=921% at 1 uM) based on TMX-4084, rapidly and selectively degrades endogenous PIP4K2C.
TMX-4153 exhibits retained potency as the related parental compound (TMX-4084) for PIP4K2C with KD of 42 nM.
TMX-4153 showes exclusive proteome-wide degradation selectivity for PIP4K2C in MOLT4 cells (treatment for 5 h at 1 uM).
TMX-4153 is a tool compounds to interrogate the biological function and therapeutic potential of PIP4K2C.
