LM10 is a relatively specific, competitive inhibitor of tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase 2 (TDO2) with Ki of 5.6 uM and IC50 of 0.62 uM (hTDO), does not inhibit IDO.
LM10 (160 mg/kg/day) prevented the growth of TDO-expressing P815 tumor cells.
LM10 treatment exhibited marginal effect in inhibiting the growth of PDAC in vivo.
