STING inhibitor C-176 (C176) is a covalent, in vivo-active, small-molecule inhibitor of STING, attenuates STING-associated autoinflammatory disease in mice.
C176 markedly reduces the CMA-mediated induction of serum levels of type I IFNs and IL-6 in vivo.
C176 directly targets mouse STING (mmSTING) but not human STING (hsSTING).
