SEW2871 is a potent, selective S1P1 receptor full agonist with EC50 of 13.8 nM, with no activites at the S1P2-5 receptors.
SEW2871 activates ERK, Akt, and Rac signaling pathways and induced S1P(1) internalization and recycling.
SEW2871 also inhibits transendothelial migration of medullary T cells to lymphatic sinuses.
