QXG-6442 is a potent, selective casein kinase 1 alpha (CK1α) degrader with DC50 value of 5.7 nM and Dmax of 90% in in MOLT-4 cells.
QXG-6442 exhibits antiproliferative activity in MOLM-13 cell with IC50 of 41 nM.
QXG-6442, exhibits proteome-wide selectivity for CK1α degradation in MOLT-4 cells at a concentration of 1 μM.
