A6 forms stable hydrogen bonds with the key residue E108, effectively inhibiting the interaction of the PevD1-NRP.
A6 exerts anti-verticillium wilt effects caused by Verticillium dahliae infection in plants.
Fungal effector protein PevD1 promotes disease progression by interacting with the host asparagine-rich protein (NRP) and disrupting cryptochrome 2 (CRY2)-mediated signaling.
