NCGC00262650 enhances the efficiency of growth inhibition in combination with Artemisinin.
NCGC00262650 blocks merozoite invasion by binding AMA1.
NCGC00262650 disrupts the function of AMA1-RON2 interaction, namely junction formation, a crucial step in merozoite invasion of RBCs.
