NCC007 is a small molecule CKIα and CKIδ dual inhibitor with IC50 of 1.8 and 3.6 uM respectively, modulates mammalian circadian rhythms with strong period effects (0.32 μM for 5 h period lengthening) in cell-based circadian assays.
NCC007 has stronger binding affinity toward CKIα and CKIδ than longdaysin.
NCC007 lengthened the period of mouse behavioral rhythms on mouse models.
