MyD88 molecular glue degrader d21 is a molecular glue degrader of MyD88, inhibits NF-κB pathway activation by facilitating the interaction between E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF126 and MyD88, thereby promoting ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of MyD88, inhibits cytotoxicity of IL-6 in J774A.1 cells with IC50 of 0.42 uM.
