MS170 (AKT PROTAC degrader) is a potent, selective, cereblon (CRBN)-recruiting AKT PROTAC degrader with DC50 of 32 nM (cellular T-AKT in BT474 cells).
MS170 binds to AKT1, AKT2, and AKT3 with Kd values of 1.3 nM, 77 nM, and 6.5 nM, respectively.
MS170 selectively induces robust AKT protein degradation, inhibits downstream signaling, and suppresses cancer cell proliferation.
MS170 is a useful chemical tool to investigate biological and pathogenic functions of AKT in vitro and in vivo.
