ML146 (ML-146, Pubmed CID-1088438) is a selective small molecule NOD1 inhibitor with IC50 of 1.5 uM in NOD1 agonist-stimulated NF-κB reporter assay in HEK293T cells.
ML146 displays > 8-fold selectivity over NOD2 and >29- fold over TNFα.
ML146 inhibits NOD1 mediated IL-8 secretion with IC50 of 3.43 uM against γ-tri-DAP induction of human breast cancer epithelial cell lines MCF-7 expressing NOD1.
