Longdaysin is a potent modulator of circadian rhythms targeting protein kinases CKIδ, CKIα, and ERK2, inhibits CKIα-mediated phosphorylation stimulated degradation of a clock protein PER1, drastically lengthens circadian period in vivo, also inhibits Wnt/β-catenin signaling and exhibits antitumor activity against breast cancer.
