生物&药学活性

LP-360924 is a potent, selective GPR139 agonist, stimulates cAMP production in cAMP assays.
LP-360924 stimulation increased cAMP production by 8- to 10-fold in GPR139 cells, does not show any activity in β2 AR cells at concentrations up to 100 uM.
LP-360924 stimulated cAMP production only in GPR139-transfected cells, not in vector or β2 AR-transfected cells.
