LB244 (LB-244) is a highly potent, selective and irreversible STING antagonist, blocks STING oligomerization and inhibits STING signaling THP1 dual cells with IC50 of 0.8 uM.
LB244 shows little to no inactivation of any PAD isozyme, LB244 inhibits STING activation via modification of C292A.
LB244 potently inhibits STING agonist diABZI (500 nM, Cat# PC-35785) induced transcription of the Ifnb and Il6 genes in in primary bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs), also inhibits the diABZI induced phosphorylation of IRF3 and TBK1.
LB244 blocks the STING-dependent induction of IFNβ in primary human monocytes.
