KDX1381 is a potent, selective bivalent Casein Kinase 2α (CK2α) inhibitor with IC50 of 17 nM, selecitve over a panel of over 400 protein and lipid kinases.
KDX1381 is 10-fold more potent toward CK2α than CK2α'.
KDX1381 modulated CK2 signaling in a concentration-dependent manner across multiple tumor cell lines.
KDX1381 impaired the viability of cancer cells while sparing nontransformed counterparts.
KDX1381 induced time-dependent suppression of CK2 signaling observed in tumor tissues.
