JH-XII-03-02 is a highly potent, selective PROTAC degrader of LRRK2 with IC50 of 1 nM against both wt LRRK2 and LRRK2 G2019S.
JH-XII-03-02 displays high potency and remarkable selectivity for LRKK2 when assessed in a of 468 panel kinases.
JH-XII-03-02 shows potent degradation of LRRK2 following 48hr treatment of LRRK2 wt and LRRK2 R144C MEF cells at a concentration of 1 µM.
JH-XII-03-02 significantly inhibits phosphorylation of S935 and Rab10.
