INF39 (NLRP3 inhibitor INF39) is a nontoxic, irreversible, orally available NLRP3 inhibitor that inhibits NLRP3 ATPase and decreases interleukin-1β release from macrophages.
INF39 significantly inhibit ATP- and nigericin-induced IL-1β release in mouse bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDM) at 10 uM.
INF39 reduces colonic myeloperoxidase, IL-1β, and TNF Levels in DNBS-treated rats.
