INF195 is a small molecule NLRP3 inhibitor, specifically inhibits NLRP3-driven pyroptosis and IL-1 β release in human macrophages.
INF195 does not inhibit TNF-α release from human macrophages.
INF195 (5-10 uM) significantly reduces both infarct size and IL-1β levels
INF195 protect mice hearts after myocardial IRI in ex vivo heart model.
