    Genz-667348 (Genz667348) is a potent, selective P. falciparum DHODH inhibitor with IC50 of 22, 14 and 42 nM for PfDHODH, PbDHODH and PvDHODH, respectively.
    Genz-667348 demonstrates in vitro potency against the 3D7 and Dd2 strains of P. falciparum with IC50 of 7 and 10 nM, respectively.
    Genz-667348 (ED50=21.0 mg/kg/day) demonstrates in vivo efficacy in the P. berghei mouse model.
