E7766 diammonium salt is a macrocycle-bridged STING agonist with ITC Kd of 40 nM, exhibits broad pan-genotypic activity in all major human STING variants.
E7766 has higher binding affinity than 2′,3′-cGAMP.
E7766 induces IFNβ expression in primary human peripheral blood mononuclear cells harboring any of seven major STING genotypes with EC50 values of 0.15 to 0.79 uM.
E7766 is highly efficacious in CT26 live metastasis tumor model.
