CM-304 is a potent, selective sigma-1 receptor (S1R) antagonist with Ki of 3.41 nM, 100-fold selective over S2R.
CM-304 also shows >10,000-fold selectivity over 59 other targets, including opioid and 5-HT receptors.
CM-304 demonstrated anti-allodynic effects in the CCI assay.
CM-304demonstrated dose-dependent antinociception following i.p. administration in the mouse acetic-acid writhing assay.
