CDK9 degrader AZ-9 shows no significant on other cell cycle CDKs (CDK2, CDK4, and CDK6).
CDK9 degrader AZ-9 promotes classic downstream pathway related to CDK9, induces autophagy–lysosome pathway degradation of CDK9 by recruiting ATG101.
CDK9 degrader AZ-9 (50 mg/kg, po or 20 mg/kg i.p.) shows significant CDK9 degradation and downstream pathway effects in HCT116 xenograft model.
