CC-3240 is a molecular glue degrader of CaMKK2 based on CC-8977 with bingding IC50 of 9 nM and DC50 of 100 nM (THP1 cells, Dmax=92%).
CC-3240 inhibits pAMPK in A427 cells with an IC50 of 201 nM, without deleterious effects on cell health.
CC-3240 can potently and selectively inhibits and degrades CaMKK2 in vitro and in vivo.
CC-3240 increases T cell activation in myeloid/T cell cocultures and decreases migration of tumor cells.
