    CAM4712 (CAM-4712) is a potent and selective CK2alpha (CK2α) inhibitor with IC50 of 7 uM, exhibits cell growth inhibition in HCT116 cell line with IC50 of 10 uM.
    CAM4712 displays good selectivity against the 20 closely related CMGC kinases.
    CAM4712 inhibits CK2α dependent phosphorylation of Ser129 of Akt1 in cellular assays.
    CAM4712 has numerous advantages over the previously reported CAM4066.
