AZ-66 is a highly potent S1R/S2R antagonist with Ki of 0.31/1.76 nM, respectively.
AZ-66 demonstrated anti-allodynic effects in the CCI assay.
AZ-66 exhibited antinociception with an ED50 value of 11.6 (8.29–15.6) mg/kg, i.p. against a thermal nociceptive stimulus in the mouse 55°C warm-water tail-withdrawal assay.
