AH078 is a potent, highly selective PROTAC degrader of CK1δ and CK1ε with DC50 of 200 nM (CK1δ) in HEK293 cells, shows excellent selectivity over the highly related CK1α isoform.
AH078 induces CK1δ degradation at a relatively low concentration of ∼10 nM.
AH078 exhibits VHL-dependent degradation of CKδ and CK1ε with DC50 values of 200 nM estimated from Western blots.
