mutant EGFR inhibitor B30 is a potent, selective, next-generation EGFR mutants inhibitor with IC50 of 1.1 and 7.2 nM for EGFRL858R and EGFRL858R/T790M/C797S, respectively.
B30 weakly inhibits WT EGFR and double mutant L858R/T790M with IC50 of 10.4 and 34.0 nM.
B30 inhibits HCC827 and H1975 cells growth with IC50 of 44 and 400 nM, respectively, suppresses EGFR phosphorylation in a dose-dependent manner in HCC827 cell line and significantly induce the apoptosis of HCC827 cells.
