iST2-1 is a first-in-class, in vivo active ST2 (suppression of tumorigenicity 2) inhibitor with IC50 of 56.14 and 54.62 uM in AlphaLISA and the HEK-Blue IL-33 assay, respectively.
iST2-1 decrease IFN-γ-producing T cell populations in the in vitro mixed lymphocyte reaction assays.
iST2-1 reduces plasma sST2 levels, alleviate GVHD, and improve survival in vivo, ameliorates GVHD burden and maintains GVL effect in the murine MLL-AF9 leukemia model.
