ZINC16991592 (ZINC1592) is a selective MRGPRX2 antagonist with Ki of 189 nM.
ZINC16991592 completely inhibits the degranulation of human cord blood-derived MCs (hCMCs) induced by basic secretagogues and pseudoallergic drug, icatibant (Cat. PC-45267).
ZINC16991592 markedly inhibits the de novo synthesis of substance P (SP)-induced prostaglandin D2 in hCMCs.
ZINC16991592 inhibit p42/44 mitogen-activated protein kinase signal in hCMCs activated by SP.
