ZINC000443438219 (Compound 8219) does not preferentially stabilize an open cytoplasmic pathway but like ibogaine and unlike classic SSRIs they decrease the accessibility of the extracellular pathway.
ZINC000443438219 (Compound 8219) is to close the extracellular pathway, with little or no effect on the cytoplasmic pathway.
ZINC000443438219 (Compound 8219) is selective versus NET, DAT, and ~300 GPCR targets.
ZINC000443438219 (Compound 8219) (10 mg/kg) chronically injected in mice produced an anti-anxiolytic-like effect in the plus-maze test.
