Yonkenafil induces neuronal network potentiation by a cGMP-dependent Nogo-R axis in acute experimental stroke.
Yonkenafil modulates neurogenesis, gliosis to improve cognitive function and ameliorates amyloid burden in an APP/PS1 transgenic mice model.
