YL410 is a potent, selective and vivo efficacious antagonist of atypical chemokine receptor GPR15 with IC50 of 27 nM.
YL410 displays high selectivity against a panel of related GPCRs and kinases.
YL410 suppresses GPR15L-induced Jurkat T-cell migration, and exhibits favorable pharmacokinetics and acceptable safety.
YL410 induces significant weight loss and exerts blood glucose-lowering effects in diet-induced obesity (DIO) mouse model.
