YCH3124 is a potent, selective USP7 inhibitor with IC50 of 41.9 nM and Kd of 156 nM, exhibits minimal inhibition against other USPs, including USP1, USP4, USP8, USP9X, USP15, and USP25.
YCH3124 exhibits 4- to 11-fold greater potency than FT671 against in various p53 wild-type cell lines, including CHP-212, LNCaP, MM1.S, and MV-4-11 cells, with IC50 of 3.6-52.3 nM.
YCH3124 induces p53-dependent cell growth inhibition, with dose-dependent reduction in both DNMT1 and Rad18 proteins.
YCH3124 treatment induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
