Y06014 is a selective BRD4(1) inhibitor with IC50 of 4.87 uM.
Y06014 shows exhibits excellent selectivity for the BET subfamily over other non-BET families.
Y06014 shows cell viability inhibition IC50 values of 1.93, 2.07, and 2.28 μM in the C4–2B, LNCaP, and 22Rv1 cell lines, respectively.
Y06014 inhibits prostate cancer cell growth and AR-regulated gene expression.
