Y020-3945 is a selective dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation-regulated kinase 1A (DYRK1A) inhibitor with IC50 of 0.53 uM.
Y020-3945 exhibits partial inhibition of CLK1, does not exhibit significant inhibitory effects on other CMGC kinases.
Y020-3945 reduces tau phosphorylation via DYRK1A inhibition, decreases phosphorylated Thr181, Thr212, and Thr217 expression at 30 uM in HEK-293 cell model.
Y020-3945 facilitates tubulin assembly via DYRK1A inhibition, shows low cytotoxicity and inhibit the inflammatory response.
