    XPC-6444 (XPC6444) is a potent, CNS-penetrant, isoform-selective NaV1.6 inhibitor with IC50 of 41 nM, also potently blocks NaV1.2 (IC50=125 nM).
    XPC-6444 displays no significant inhibition against NaV1.1 and NaV1.5 (IC50>10 uM).
    XPC-6444 produced potent anticonvulsant activity in mouse seizure models, including a direct current maximal electroshock seizure assay.
