WWL113 is a potent inhibitor of Carboxylesterase Ces3 and Ces1f by competitive ABPP of enzymes recombinantly expressed in HEK293T cells (IC50 value of 0.1 uM for each enzyme).
WWL113 doses not inhibit any of the other serine hydrolases.
WWL113 reduces the activity signals for ABHD6, promotes lipid storage in cultured adipocytes and prevents basal lipolysis.
WWL113 ameliorates obesity-diabetes in mice.
