WH-4-023 (KIN-112) is a potent and selective dual Lck/Src inhibitor with IC50 of 0.6 nM/1 nM for Lck and Src kinase respectively, displays little to no inhibition on p38α, Btk, KDR (IC50>100 nM).
WH-4-023 (KIN-112) inhibits anti-CD3/CD28-induced T cell IL-2 secretion and T cell proliferation with IC50 of 61 nM and 490 nM, respectively.
WH-4-023 (KIN-112) inhibits anti-CD3-induced IL-2 production in in vivo model of T cell activation.
WH-4-023 (KIN-112) also can induce cell death in GC-resistant T-ALL cells.
