WC593 is a potent pan-dishevelled (Dvl) inhibitor, blocks Wnt–β-catenin signaling and CRC cell proliferation.
WC593 potently inhibited β-catenin stability and β-catenin transcriptional activity in HCT15 and Caco2 cells.
WC593 is effective against Wnt3a-stimulated β-catenin signaling in all tested APC-truncated CRC cells, fully suppressing the signaling activity to the basal level.
WC593 potently suppressed the level of active β-catenin in those cells expressing APC truncations, ranging from APC1–331 to APC1–1941.
WC593 blocks CRC cell proliferation.
