WAY-362450 shows no significant cross-reactivity with a panel of nuclear receptors, including LXR, PPAR, RAR, RXR, GR, etc.
WAY-362450 attenuates liver inflammation and fibrosis in murine model of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, and promotes cholesterol lowering in models of dyslipidemia.
