VU0506013 is a high-affinity, selective positive allosteric modulator (PAM) of neuropeptide Y4 receptor (Y4R) with EC50 of 125 nM.
VU0506013 shows high affinity (KB=34.9 nM) to the allosteric binding site at the Y4R. does not affect the binding of the endogenous ligand PP to the Y4R.
VU0506013 displays no significant effect against Y1R, Y2R, and Y5R using the Ca2+ flux assays.
VU0506013 shows a high binding affinity to the rY4R and mY4R with KB values of 75.9 and 229 nM, respectively.
