VPC-70063 (VPC70063) is a small molecule Myc inhibitor that inhibits Myc-Max transcriptional activity with IC50 of 8.9 uM in c-Myc luciferase reporter assay in LNCaP cells, disrupts the interaction of Myc-Max with DNA.
VPC-70063 inhibits Myc-driven cell proliferation of LNCaP cell with IC50 of 2.5 uM, with no significant effect on the c-Myc cells.
VPC-70063 inhibits Myc-Max downstream pathway using UBE2C reporter assay.
