VH3739937 (GSK3739937, VH-937) potently inhibits all phenotyped HIV-1 strains with EC90 values ≤ 10.0 nM.
VH3739937 (GSK3739937, VH-937) exhibits potent antiviral activity against all HIV-1 laboratory strains, clinical isolates, and recombinant viruses examined, with half-maximal effective concentration (EC50) values ≤ 5.0 nM.
VH3739937 (GSK3739937, VH-937) inhibits viruses less susceptible to other HIV-1 maturation inhibitors, including A364V in single-cycle assays (EC50, 32.0 nM).
