Unecritinib (TQ-B3101) is a novel kinase inhibitor targeting receptor tyrosine kinases including ALK, ROS1 and MET, inhibits AKT phosphorylation and downstream signaling molecules ERK1/2, has IC50 of 142.7 nM for wildtype ROS1.
Unecritinib (TQ-B3101) displays notable growth inhibitory effects on several cancer cell lines carrying ALK rearrangements or mutations or overexpressing c-MET, with an IC50 of 180 to 378.9 nM for lung cancer cells and an IC50 of 23.5 nM for gastric cancer cells overexpressing c-MET.
Unecritinib (TQ-B3101) shows potential in advanced tumors and ROS1 inhibitor-naive advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring ROS1 rearrangements.
