UNC2250 is a potent, selective Mer tyrosine kinase  (MerTK) inhibitor with IC50 of 1.7 nM, displays >100-fold selectivity over Axland Tyro3.
UNC2250 inhibits Mer phosphorylation in 697 B-ALL cells with IC50 of 9.8 nM.
UNC2250 inhibits colony formation in soft agar cultures of the BT-12 rhabdoid tumor and the Colo699 NSCLC cell lines.
UNC2250 also displays high selectivity on a broad survey of kinase families.
